The Picturale ecosystem has four apps that complement each other. Vision Picturale to buy the gear, Maison Picturale to order an art print, NOEME for the community and the courses, Calibration Flow to calibrate your process. You often move from one to another — you order a kit, you log into Calibration Flow, you go learn a technique on NOEME. Having to log in again at every app would be the friction that discourages cross-use.
The Picturale account system is built to erase that friction. A single identity, valid everywhere. If you're logged in on one of the four apps, you're automatically logged in on the other three. Your calibrations in Calibration Flow travel between the iPhone and the Mac because both point to the same account.
#What happens on opening
When you launch Calibration Flow — whether the iOS app or
app.calibrationflow.com in a browser — you see, for one to two seconds, a full-screen white overlay with a small orange spinner at the center. During that time, the app does one of these three things:
If you arrive from the Picturale hub (typically because you clicked "Open Calibration Flow" from
picturale.app), the overlay disappears within a second and you're in the app, logged in with your usual account. You have nothing to do.
If you already have an active session on Calibration Flow (you used the app recently), it resumes silently. You find the home screen with your previous calibrations accessible.
If no local session is found, the app automatically redirects you to
picturale.app/silent-check to verify whether you're logged in on the hub. If yes, you come back to Calibration Flow a few seconds later, logged in. If no, the hub offers you the sign-up/login page — created in two clicks via Google or another available SSO method.
#No more guest mode since May 2026
Before May 28, 2026, Calibration Flow offered a guest mode that let you use the app without an account. That mode was removed to align Calibration Flow with the rest of the ecosystem: a single account everywhere, cloud sync by default, and an end to the "try without signing up" friction that prevented saving curves.
Registration via the Picturale hub is free, takes two clicks (just one if you already have a Google account), doesn't ask for a credit card and is fully reversible (account deletion on request via
picturale.app).
#Why it matters
For daily practice across several devices. A calibration made on your iPad at the workshop appears automatically on your Mac at home. You have nothing to export, nothing to transfer — you open Calibration Flow on the other device and the curve is there, ready to be applied in Photoshop.
To never enter your credentials again. You log in once on Picturale. Vision Picturale, Maison Picturale, NOEME and Calibration Flow see the same account. No friction, no double authentication, no lost passwords to recover for the third app after doing it for the second.
To attach the Luminograph code in the right place. When you buy a Luminograph from Vision Picturale, your activation code arrives by email and attaches to your account. Calibration Flow automatically detects this status at the next login — no need to manually enter the code in each app, no risk of losing the activation when you switch devices.
For the propagated Pro Mode status. If you subscribe to Pro Mode from the web, your iPhone sees it automatically at the next opening. The subscription is unified, not duplicated across platforms.

#The test
Open
app.calibrationflow.com in a fresh private browsing window, on a device where you've never used the app. You should see the white overlay appear, then a redirect to picturale.app/silent-check. If you're not logged in on the hub, it offers you the sign-up page — create a free account in two clicks with Google. You come back to Calibration Flow, logged in. Now log in on another device with the same account: your curves and presets saved on the first device should appear automatically (cloud sync included in free Mode).
