- Can I cancel Pro mode whenever I want?
- Yes. Pro mode has no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account area on picturale.app. Your access stays active until the end of the current period, then your account automatically switches to the Free tier.
- Does Pro mode work on both web and iOS?
- Yes. The €9.90/month Pro subscription is unified: a single subscription gives access to Pro mode on the web app (app.calibrationflow.com) and the iOS app, with the same picturale.app account and the same cloud synchronisation.
- What happens at the end of the year of Pro included with a Luminograph?
- When the included year expires, your account automatically switches to the Free tier (10 curves, 5 presets, 10 HD scans, 20 generated images, 100 MB cloud). You can choose to subscribe to Pro at €9.90/month to recover extended quotas and advanced features.
- Calibration Flow free or paid — what is the real difference?
- The Free tier covers the entire calibration workflow (target, L* reading, tonal curve, .acv export, negative, cloud sync) within the quota limits (10 curves, 100 MB). Pro mode (€9.90/month) multiplies those quotas (100 curves, 500 MB) and unlocks the advanced features: Color Venn CMYK and advanced export options.
